About this course
Learner2mentor not only helps individuals – we also work with organisations, charities, schools and communities to provide accredited and bespoke courses for the needs of your residents, staff and community.
We are proud to work alongside both London & Quadrant Housing Association and Affinity Sutton (Clarion) Housing Association to provide their residents with skills and training to help them into the workplace and sustain their career pathways after gaining employment.
We have also provided the NCFE CACHE Supporting Teaching and Learning Suite to members of the school management team, to enable them to progress further into their careers.
The NCFE CACHE Nutrition and Health suite can be a chosen career or be used to involve parents, carers and their families to become aware of healthy choices and the health and well being of the community

Lets meet the learners
Presentation, interviews and selection
We will organise a presentation for your learners offering initial advice and guidance and interview them to ascertain their level of understanding before selecting them on the course. Selection is important to gain a high success rate of achievement. It will also assist us to differentiate our lesson plans according to their individual needs.
Keeping in touch
After your learners have achieved the qualification, it will be important that they maintain their interest to gain employment, to sustain their post and continue their career development. We will build good relations with each learner during the course and continue to become their mentor to support them through interviews, monitor their personal development and to advise them as to any additional courses available to them.
Keeping in touch with you
We will advise you of the existing learner’s progress during the course and their achievements. We will continue our services with you by creating a progression route for the existing learners and advise you as to any additional courses available for potential learners in the future.
The duration of the course selected will be ascertained when we have met and decided on what type of course, length of time and support suits your specific learners.
Structure will be confirmed when we have ascertained the suitable course, number of learners, how much time is affordable and realistic for you and the learner to achieve the qualification.
